Conjunctivitis? HELP please.

The skin around the eye looks very raw, is it scratching a lot? Have you checked for mites? I’m concerned about the red wattle as well, looks like it might’ve been bleeding?
It doesn’t look like it has conjunctivitis from my brief research online but I’ve been wrong before :idunno
